By commissioning me, you're agreeing to abide by these terms of service.

Please include your social media handle and a description of what you're wanting when enquiring about a commission!

• I accept payment primarily through Paypal. If necessary, other arrangement may be made.
• Payment is to be made upfront for commissions made within the pricing scheme found on the commission board located here: https://out-there.neocities.org/commissions. For any commission over €50, half will be paid upfront and the following half paid upon delivery of the final image.

• You will receive the final image at a high quality (300ppi at the agreed image size)
• Unless otherwise agreed, I will retain the rights to the final image as per normal copyright standards. You may upload it as you see fit as long as credit is given to myself. There will be no watermark unless stated otherwise.
• All assets utilized in the creation of your commission will be of my own creation or royalty free. In the former case, I will retain the right to use those assets.
• If necessary, specifics regarding image resolution or size will be agreed upon before I commence with your commission.
• At no point will generative AI or similar technologies be utilized for your commission. By the same token, any usage of my work in AI-training or similar ventures is expressly forbidden and in violation of these terms of service.

• Please give me relevant info for your commission! I'll ask you don't dump a novel on me, but give me the info in quick bullet points and a series of reference/mood images.
• If I send a WIP and I don't hear back for 2 days, I will assume there is no issue and will continue with the commission. Should you later request changes after this, a one-time penalty rate of €10 will be incurred.
• If the final version of the commission has been delivered and there is no communication, I will assume that no edits need to be made and the commission will be considered complete.
• I work Monday - Friday, 9:30am to 4:30pm Irish Standard Time. I don't work on commissions or respond to emails over the weekend or public/bank holidays.
• If communication lapses, I will put the commission on hold until it resumes. If communication does not resume within a matter of 4 weeks, the commission is considered abandoned and will be left at it's current state. If you later communicate a desire to complete the commission, a fee of €10 will be necessary.
• I will work on and send WIPs where applicable.

• Major edits must be requested within 2 days of receiving the first WIP image. Major edits will not be approved after this point.
• Images will be delivered in an agreed upon format. This agreement will be documented.

• Cancellations due to commissioner behavior or poor communication will result in a partial refund of 50% the commission price. This will be paid through the same payment service as the original price was paid through.
• If a commissioner cancels the commission prior to completion, but after work has already begun
• In the event that I must cancel the commission due to personal reasons (meaning reasons unrelated to commissioner behavior or communication), then the full price will be refunded.

I will not deal with anyone who presents themselves as rude, deceptive, or bigoted. I reserve the right to cease service at any time.
